About us

Up before the sun, so you don’t have to be.

Small batches, all morning. Our bakers start at four and keep the ovens going until noon, so nothing sits around getting tired.

Simple, honest ingredients. Cultured butter, stone milled flour, free range eggs and fruit from the market, never a premix.

What time do you open?

We open at 7 am every day and the first trays come out at 6:30, so the counter is full when the doors open. We close at 3 pm, or earlier if we sell out.

Can I order ahead?

Yes. Call us or order online by 6 pm and pick up from 7 am the next day. Boxes of six or more are best ordered a day ahead.

Do you have gluten free or vegan options?

We bake a vegan cinnamon bun and a gluten free almond cake daily. Our kitchen uses wheat, so we cannot promise zero traces.

Do you make birthday cakes?

We do, with three days notice. Choose from our seasonal flavours and we add a hand piped message at no extra cost.

Do you deliver?

We deliver orders over $30 across the neighbourhood from 8 am to 11 am, Tuesday to Sunday.
