Before you build
The questions we answer at almost every first meeting. Anything else, just ask.
Do you handle design and permits?
Yes. Our in house team draws the plans, works with structural engineers and manages permits and inspections for you.
How is the price worked out?
After a site visit we send an itemised, fixed price quote. If you change something, you approve the cost before we build it.
How long does a new build take?
Most custom homes take eight to eleven months from groundbreaking. Renovations range from a few weeks to a few months.
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully licensed and insured, and every project carries our 10 year workmanship warranty.
Do you offer financing?
We work with lenders who offer construction and renovation loans, and we can walk you through the options.
