How much does a renovation cost?
Every home is different, so we quote after a free visit. As a guide, bathrooms start from $18,000 and kitchens from $35,000. Your quote is fixed and itemised.
How long will my project take?
Most bathrooms take three to four weeks and kitchens six to eight. You get a written schedule before we start, and weekly updates as we go.
Do you handle design and permits?
Yes. Our designers draw the plans and we look after permits and inspections, so you deal with one team from start to finish.
Can we stay at home during the work?
Usually, yes. We seal off work areas, keep a clean path through the house and tidy up at the end of every day.
Is the work covered by a warranty?
Every project comes with our 10 year workmanship warranty, on top of the manufacturer warranties on fixtures and materials.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Flexible monthly plans are available on approved credit. Ask us about them at your consultation.
