We lay and refinish floors across the metro area and the towns around it.

Can you lay wood over concrete?

Yes. We test the slab for moisture first and use engineered boards or a proper underlay.

How long until we can walk on it?

Oiled floors take socks the next morning and furniture after two days.

Is sanding very dusty?

Our sanders run on extraction, and we sheet doors and vents. Most clients stay home.

Do you move furniture?

Yes, room by room, and we put it back on felt pads.

Is there a warranty?

Every floor carries a 5 year workmanship warranty, in writing.
