Do I need a consultation before colour?
For any new colour, yes. It is free, takes about twenty minutes and comes with a strand test, so we know how your hair will lift and hold tone before the big day.
How long does a balayage appointment take?
Plan for three to four hours, including toning and a blow dry. Bring a book or simply switch off, we bring the tea.
Can you fix colour done elsewhere or at home?
Often, yes. Correction happens in stages to protect your hair, and we tell you honestly how many visits it will take before we start.
What if I am not happy with my colour?
Tell us within seven days and we will adjust the tone at no cost. We would much rather get it right than rush it.
Is bond care included?
Every lightening service includes a bond building treatment mixed into the bowl, at no extra charge.
