About us

Paint is the last thing we do. Most of our time goes into the work you never see: washing, scraping, repairing and priming, so the finish stays put for years, not seasons.

We are a small, owner led crew of trade painters. The person who surveys your property is on site while the work is done, and the same team stays with your job from the first scrape to the final coat.

Homeowners, landlords and building managers call us for exteriors, heritage repairs and interiors that need a careful hand. Every job gets a written specification and one fixed price.

  1. 01 Exterior painting Siding, trim, soffits and doors, washed, scraped, primed and finished in two full coats. From $3,400
  2. 02 Interior painting Walls, ceilings and joinery with sharp lines, dust controlled sanding and daily clean up. From $420 a room
  3. 03 Restoration and repair Rotten boards, cracked render and failing caulk repaired properly before any paint goes on. Quoted on survey
  4. 04 Protective coatings Masonry sealers, deck and fence stains, and metal coatings that keep the weather out. From $900
  5. 05 Strata and commercial Phased repaints for buildings that stay open, with clear schedules and site safety plans. Quoted on survey
  6. 06 Colour and specification A written specification of products, colours and coats, so you know exactly what you are paying for. Included

Process

Four steps, no surprises

    Survey

    We walk the property with you, test the old coatings and photograph every problem area.

  2. ii.

    Estimate

    A written estimate and specification within 48 hours, with one fixed price and a start date.

  3. iii.

    Preparation

    Washing, scraping, filling and priming. The part that decides how long paint lasts.

  4. iv.

    Finish

    Two full coats, a final inspection together and a written three year warranty.
