Questions
How do I know if I have termites?
Look for mud tubes on the foundation, wood that sounds hollow, blistered paint, or small piles of wings by windows in spring. If you are unsure, book an inspection and we will look properly, with photos.
What about children and pets?
Treatments are chosen with kids and pets in mind and applied only where pests live and travel. Your technician explains each one and tells you when everyone can return to treated areas.
Do you give written plans and reports?
Always. Every inspection ends with a written report and photos, and every plan lists the visits, the work and the price in plain words.
How often should a home be treated?
Most homes do well with four seasonal visits a year. Termite protection is checked once a year, and rodent work is checked again after two and six weeks.
