How much does a home valuation cost?

Nothing. An agent visits, looks around with you and sends a written price range within a few days. There is no obligation to sell with us.

What are your fees for selling?

A simple percentage of the sale price, agreed in writing before we start. Photos, floor plans and online listings are included.

Can you help with rentals too?

Yes. We find tenants for owners, check every rental in person and reply to tenants quickly when something needs fixing.

I am buying for the first time. Where do I start?

With a free first meeting. We explain the steps, the costs to plan for and how much home your budget really buys, before you look at a single listing.

Which neighbourhoods do you cover?

The whole metro area, from the old town and the lakeside to the leafy north and the newer neighbourhoods out east.
