FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Which e-commerce platforms do you work with?
We work with the major platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Magento, as well as custom builds. The strategy matters more than the platform, but we know each one's strengths and limits for SEO, speed and checkout, and we recommend changes only when they pay for themselves.
Do you measure success by ROAS or by profit?
By profit wherever we can. Return on ad spend is useful, but it ignores margins, returns and repeat purchases. We factor product margins into bidding and reporting, and track new-customer acquisition and lifetime value, so you can see which campaigns actually grow the business.
How do you prepare for Black Friday and the holidays?
Planning starts months ahead. We build audiences and email lists before costs rise, prepare creative and landing pages early, agree on offers that protect margin, and make sure your site and feed can handle the peak. After the rush, we turn new holiday customers into repeat buyers.
Should we sell on marketplaces as well as our own store?
It depends on your products, margins and brand goals. Marketplaces can add reach, but they own the customer relationship and take a share of every sale. We help you decide what to list where, and focus most marketing on building a direct channel you control.
How do you reduce cart abandonment?
First we find where and why shoppers drop off, whether that is surprise shipping costs, a slow page, limited payment options or a long checkout. Then we fix the causes and add abandoned-cart and browse-abandonment flows to bring back shoppers who were close to buying.
Can you help retailers with physical stores?
Yes. We market online and in-store together, with store pages and Google Business Profiles for each location, local search campaigns, local inventory where your systems support it, and content that brings people through the door as well as to the checkout.
