- E-mail address
- First name and last name
- Phone number
- Address, state, province, ZIP/postal code and city
- Company name and website address
- The details You choose to share in our forms, such as the services You are interested in, Your budget range and Your message
- Usage Data
When You send one of our forms, it also includes the page You sent it from and, if available, the page that first brought You to the Website, the referring website and any campaign tags in that page’s address (such as UTM parameters or an ad click identifier). This helps Us understand which of our pages and campaigns reach people.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.
Tracking technologies and cookies
We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies, such as Your browser’s local storage, to operate Our Service, to store certain information and, only with Your consent, to track activity on Our Service so We can analyze and improve it. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags and scripts. The technologies We use may include:
- Cookies or browser Cookies. A cookie is a small file placed on Your Device. You can instruct Your browser to refuse all Cookies or to indicate when a Cookie is being sent. However, if You do not accept Cookies, You may not be able to use some parts of our Service.
- Browser storage. Your browser’s local storage lets the Website remember a small amount of information on Your Device, such as Your cookie choice. It stays on Your Device and is not sent to Us unless You submit a form.
- Web beacons. Certain sections of our Service and our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an e-mail, and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of a certain section and verifying system and server integrity).
Cookies can be “Persistent” or “Session” Cookies. Persistent Cookies remain on Your personal computer or mobile device when You go offline, while Session Cookies are deleted as soon as You close Your web browser.
We use both Session and Persistent Cookies and browser storage for the purposes set out below:
- Necessary / essential
- Type: Session Cookies and browser storage
- Administered by: Us and Cloudflare
- Purpose: These technologies are essential to provide You with services available through the Website and to enable You to use some of its features. They protect our forms against spam and fraudulent use. Without them, the services that You have asked for cannot be provided, and We only use them to provide You with those services.
- Cookie policy / notice acceptance
- Type: Persistent browser storage
- Administered by: Us
- Purpose: Records whether You selected Accept or Decline in our cookie banner, so We respect Your choice and do not ask again on every page.
- Functionality
- Type: Persistent browser storage (kept for 30 days)
- Administered by: Us
- Purpose: Remembers the page and campaign that first brought You to the Website, so the enquiry You send reaches Us with that context and You do not have to explain it again.
- Analytics (only with Your consent)
- Type: Persistent Cookies
- Administered by: Google
- Purpose: Google Analytics 4 measures how visitors use the Website, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive. These Cookies are set only after You select Accept in our cookie banner.
For more information about the Cookies we use and Your choices regarding Cookies, please visit our Cookies Policy.
Analytics, spam protection and e-mail delivery
We use the following Service Providers to run the Website:
- Google Analytics 4 (with consent). We use Google Consent Mode v2. Analytics storage is denied by default, and the Google Analytics script loads only after You select Accept in our cookie banner. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization always stay denied. If You select Decline, Google Analytics does not load and no analytics Cookies are set.
- Cloudflare Turnstile. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated spam. When You start filling in a form, the Turnstile check loads from Cloudflare and processes technical information about Your browser and Device, including Your IP address, to confirm that the submission comes from a person. It is used for security and spam prevention only.
- Resend. When You submit a form, the details You enter are delivered to Us by e-mail through Resend, an e-mail delivery service, at hello@bowrand.com. Resend processes this information on Our behalf to deliver the message.
Our server also uses Your IP address briefly to limit repeated submissions and to block abuse of our forms.

We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if We are required to retain Your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of Your jurisdiction.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.
The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place, including the security of Your data and other personal information.

Law enforcement. Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
Other legal requirements. The Company may disclose Your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation
- Protect and defend the rights or property of the Company
- Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
- Protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public
- Protect against legal liability
Security of Your Personal Data
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot promise its absolute security.
Your privacy rights where you live
Legal bases (European Union, United Kingdom and similar laws)
We use Your Personal Data only where the law allows it: to perform a contract with You or take steps You ask for before one (for example a quote), for Our legitimate interests in running and protecting Our business (balanced against Your rights), with Your consent (for example analytics Cookies), or to meet a legal obligation (for example tax records).
Your rights
Depending on where You live, You may have the right to:
- know what Personal Data We hold about You and get a copy of it
- correct it, or ask Us to delete it
- object to, or ask Us to limit, how We use it

United States
We do not sell Your personal information, and We do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising. Where a state privacy law gives You rights (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or Texas), You can use them as described above. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal sent by Your browser as an opt out of any such sale or sharing.
Payments
When You pay Us online, payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; We never see or store Your full card number. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy.
Websites we build for our clients
When We build and host a website for a client, the personal data that the client’s own visitors send through it (for example a contact form) belongs to that client. We handle it only on the client’s behalf and following the client’s instructions. Those visitors should contact the business that runs the website about their data; We help that business answer them.
How long we keep personal data
- Enquiries and requests that do not become a project: up to 24 months after Our last contact.
- Client records, contracts and invoices: as long as the law requires for tax and accounting, generally up to 7 years.
- Analytics data (only with Your consent): up to 14 months.

We may share your information with trusted service providers (for example, our SMS delivery platform) solely for the purpose of providing and managing this messaging service, and these providers are contractually required to protect it. We do not share, sell or disclose your mobile opt-in data or phone number with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS consent is not shared with any third parties or affiliates, and this full Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how it is used and how you can exercise your rights.
Children’s privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent’s consent before We collect and use that information.
